What my clients say
Food Intolerances & Allergies
Diane has been a fantastic help in my journey to improving my gut health. After years of putting up with an unsettled digestive system I have finally found someone with the knowledge to correctly identify the causes of my symptoms. Diane has guided me through the testing process in a very kind and knowledgeable manner
I have always suspected I have a problem with certain foods. I have found out I am unable to eat egg products but have felt there was something else that was causing headaches, puffy eyes, fuzzy headedness, fatigue and a general feeling of unwellness.
When I first came to Diane, I was very unwell. I had vertigo, was nauseas constantly, I had lost over 20 kg in weight and was very skinny. I was tired all the time, run down, had constant colds and throat infections, and was having difficulty swallowing,
I was a client of Diane's last year and I must say seeing Diane was one of the best things I have ever done! About 14 months prior to seeing Diane, I had blood tests to see if gluten was causing my tummy upsets.
This is just a short testimonial to say how pleased I am with the results that I have achieved with Diane. After suffering with significant joint pains for good few years, I finally got to the end of my patience and thought instead of seeking medication,
For several years my son has suffered with abdominal/stomach pains, for which we have visited numerous GPs with no success.
We were referred to Diane who has helped us to identify food intolerance’s through a process of removing and re-introducing different food groups. By identifying these food intolerance’s he now has no stomach pains and we are aware of which foods he has trouble digesting. It is a relief as a parent to see him happy and free from pain.
“I have been fortunate to be referred to Diane Stride by my doctor, Blaine Stride (Diane’s husband).
For some ten years I have suffered from pain and tension in both the abdomen and stomach. During this period I have had four colonoscopy’s and many ultrasounds. The pain has never been constant, or consistently in the same place, “a moveable feast” I describe it as. It has not disturbed my sleep and most days I have woken pain free with the tension creeping on as the day has progressed. My bowel movements have been quite erratic.
For the last 10 years I have been struggling with chest and stomach pains – which also at times led to feeling light headed and feeling like I was going to pass out. And every morning I would wake feeling horrible. I lacked energy, felt constantly wiped out, was extremely irritable and on a whole I felt totally miserable.
I had been to the doctor on numerous occasions to try and solve the problems I was having – every blood test, heart test, endoscopies etc all said I was perfectly healthy – which although was great to hear was also very frustrating because I didn’t feel healthy.

I am a 58 year old female and have suffered with food intolerances as far back as my high school years. Having tried many avenues of help, including specialists and naturopaths I was becoming confused and desperate.

After being diagnosed with Coeliac disease five years ago I immediately took on a gluten free diet, noticing significant improvements after a few days.
It was only a couple of years ago that I noticed the same symptoms I had when I wasn’t gluten free coming back – bloated, sore, tired and of course inconsistent bowel motions that would either be constipation or diarrhoea. Turns out I was lactose intolerant too.
