Society tricks us into thinking that by achieving the perfect weight we can feel fulfilled and happy. I believe that a healthy and balanced diet is only one part of the puzzle.

I’m passionate about helping people with weight and dietary issues, and I’ve enjoyed many years experience working as an independent NZ-Registered Dietitian and alongside other medical specialists. I’m also an accredited practitioner with the Australian Centre for Eating Disorders.

I work with my clients to explore their lives and review their experiences. I can help you review your eating holistically, and find a path through 1 on 1 consultations to restoring a happier you.

Taking my clients who suffer from emotional eating, on a wellbeing program helps them address all of their issues. This focuses on understanding and developing strategies around eating, health and other life areas. My aim is to help you be the best you can be.
