Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) includes Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, which are conditions of chronic inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Dietary changes can assist those who have continual IBD bowel problems.

Many patients with IBD have irritable bowel symptoms, despite being well controlled on medicines. Dietary changes do not treat the disease, but are rather aimed at minimising symptoms.

If you would like to find out more about how I can help, please give me a call. I understand the impact that a disease like IBD can have on your life. In 1 on 1 consultations I will work with you to make positive changes to your diet designed to reduce your symptoms and help you towards a better quality of life.
